Great for business or pleasure!

Went to Orlando on business and the host hotel was sold out. For the SAME amount of money, I got OH so much more - 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, dining room, balcony. All linens were provided. All equipment in the kitchen working. Excellent place to stay and CozyKey was so easy to work with. Totally recommend. Pro Tip - bring coffee with you (it's a Mr. Coffee coffee pot). I didn't and that's the only regret I have. My own fault.

This is a lovely spacious apartment ideally situated if you rent a car for Disney and universal etc. we also enjoyed the swimming pool on more relaxed days. supermarket can be walked to. Well equipped and clean - lovely and quiet for the majority of our stay. Our last 2 nights were disturbed by a party of people in another flat who were up all night partying

This place is amazing!!

We were looking for something that would fit the whole family but would be close to the conference center for my husband. We would hands down stay here over and over again! It's HUGE and beautiful! The master bathroom is as big as our bedroom at home!!! My husband took pictures and posted them on Facebook cause this place is amazing! Only issue we had was you are only allowed to cool the AC to 74 degrees and when you close the bedroom doors at night it doesn't reach into the bedrooms so it was hot, we needed fans. But I am from the north and anything over 70 is too hot for me.

Excellent condo, great location, slightly dirty

The good: This is a very nice, very spacious 3-bedroom condo in a quiet, gated community that has a mixture of full-time residents and time-share residents. The condo is well-appointed, with newer appliances, decent furniture and a GREAT balcony with a view of a pond and parts of International Drive and SeaWorld. The management from CozyKey were very pleasant, accommodating and easy to deal with all three times that I spoke with them on the phone. The bad: 1) I booked this condo because I was attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, which is less than a block away. I had planned to walk, rather than drive and pay to rent a car and then pay to park at the Convention Center every day. Turns out, however, that there is really no direct route to walk to the Convention Center, despite how close this place is. Takes 5 minutes to drive there and over an hour to walk there. 2) My main complaint - the condo is very nice, but the maid service prior to my arrival was severely lacking. There were multiple places that weren't clean - the coffee table in the living room had some kind of sticky stuff all over it that I had to clean myself, some of the bowls and dishes had food residue left on them, and one pillow case on the master bed had hair all over it. Furthermore, the carpeting is atrocious - stained, worn, and BADLY needs replacement. In general, upkeep and cleanliness were unacceptable, which marred an otherwise great place to stay in Orlando.
