I really enjoyed my stay here. I thought the layout was thoughtful and functional. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's a great value for a stay at Universal! The room could have been a little cleaner in my opinion, and the food in the food court area was not my favorite.

We didn't really eat at the hotel. We were busy at the parks or we took the walking path over to City Walk. We really enjoyed the path and it was a quick half mile or so walk to City Walk and two of the parks. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.

the bad: the room was pretty small and the front desk service was slow, it took them over 5 minutes just to process getting a snack the good: the room service was great and really nice and its walking distance to Universal Studios overall we had a great stay
