First I think they need to correct the address when your book it this is was the wrong house not like they showed me on the website to far away from I want to stay it make upset because we have to change our plan vacation not spending time driving to get a destination that we wanna go. Unpleasant and tricked

We pay in full for this rental a little more than 1 month prior to our trip that was as the best accommodation for our group. And 3 days previous to pur arrival, we got a message that they were canceling the rental because oh a house's pipe repair. Also they mentioned were giving us full regund of the charges. Now, 16 days layer still we have not received the refund on the cancelled rental that they did at the very ladt moment. This was very stressful and still does. They have not responded any email message yet either. Service is so bad. We are very unpleasant and feel tricked.

There were tiny little ant like bugs all over the place. Dishwasher didn’t work and many outlets didn’t work, the pool wasn’t very clean. The pump only ran maybe once a day… had bugs all on top and a worm in it… we didn’t use the pool, we turned the pump on while we left to hopefully get it clean so we could but someone turned it off while we were gone… we slept good and felt at home but the property was still to far from Orlando with all the traffic… it took about 45 minutes stuck in traffic.

Well I did enjoy the house it gave me an my family the room we needed to function in the house . Being a home owner myself there was a few things very noticable that I thought could of been fixed before our stay the shower in master bedroom we did not use ! Water was back flowing up pipes .sink in master bed room left one plug we could not get it to open !! The kitchen sink faucet is not right it moves all over the place an the pool pump never shut off during our stay my wife took the time to clean the pool !! But that's minor to how we enjoyed our stay I'm truly thankful I could bring my family together I travel for work so it was nice thank you !!!

There was supposed to be a grill and there wasn't. The a/c wasn't working until late Saturday night when someone came to fix it. The dryer didn't work which means we couldn't dry our laundry. Just not satisfied with the property and will not rent again especially after pay $600 for what I received

I can’t rate this property because I didn’t even stay in this property in the end. They changed property and the house the house that was given was dirty and needs a little fixing. It had mold carpets was stained, no soap or Garbage bags, i had to buy cleaning supplies, also the AC of the property wasn’t working the first night and we had to buy 3 fans in Walmart. The community was pretty but property needs to be fix. The communication was horrible and no number to actually contact with anybody. Response took almost 5 hours.

Also es war leicht zu finden. Das Haus ist sehr hell und hat große Räumlichkeiten. Parkmöglichkeiten für 2 Autos wären auch vorhanden. Die Möbel sind nicht die neuesten aber es ist alles in Ordnung. Der Poolanlage war auch sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Das Haus war schon gut, Aber es war jetzt auch nicht richtig sauber. Für ein Haus in dem keine Tiere erlaubt sind, waren sehr viel Hundehaare auf dem Teppich und auch der Mitarbeiter der den Pool sauber gemacht hat, hat uns gesagt die Mieter vor uns hatten einen Hund. Konnten vielleicht auch die Besitzer dieses Hauses gewesen sein. Aber dann sollte auch richtig sauber gemacht werden. Es wird nicht überall Staub gewischt und der war schon länger an manchen Stellen. Jetzt haben wir aber nicht richtig danach gesucht. Sondern das sah man mit bloßen Auge. Aber sonst würde ich die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Zu den Parks sind es 20 bezw. 30 Minuten.

First off, getting off of the highway onto 27 wasn't ideal and there is always a traffic back up or accident. Arrived at the house which seemed like a nice neighborhood. Didn't find out the refrigerator was not working until we arrived and it was warm. At least they put a small refrigerator in the hallway for us to use... not enough room in it for the groceries we purchased. Messaged about the fridge and THEN was advised that they were waiting for a part...not before we arrived. Pillows were old and stained in the master. No pillow covers on them. Only 2 on each bed(not a major issue, but not a plus for this place). Found a live cockroach in the master shower. Sheets felt like there was sand in them. Screen house over the pool had numerous missing screens which led to numerous bugs and little lizards in the pool. Numerous little ants located on the counter in the kitchen. One bedroom has a ceiling fan light with no way to turn the fan on. Master bath had some damage on the bottom of the vanity, probably from a water issue.

Good morning Alexis These are my concerns Not enough tissue in either bathrooms, half roll of tissue in each Not enough towels for 7 adults for 3 days 2 rooms no tv Roach and spider on kitchen floor Sliding door cannot lock Whoever stayed here before us was smoking in here, can still smell it. Found cigarette ash in master shower No Stopper in master bath sink Rust on towel in master bath Chips in wall Crack in microwave door No large coffee pot on coffee maker Roach in the shower Pot very corroded so cannot use Electric teapot has rust in it Reached out to property, was told someone would come and nobody came. Reached out again after we checked out and was told by Alexis in reservation support that i would receive my refund between 7-12 days. Reached out again because i had to have my card replaced and wanted to give them the new card info so the refund could be sent to the new card and nobody responded. Then i reached out to expedia and they’re telling me they cannot do anything. The rentals united properties only responding to expedia and yet Expedia telling me there’s nothing they can do i must contact the property that refuses to respond to me myself. This was the worst vacation ever and i would not recommend rentals united properties to nobody because all they care about is taking your money. Dont waste your time booking here because they dont care how you spend your vacation as long as you can pay

This is a scam .. they cancelled my booking on the same day from their side claiming that they had a flooding emergency but never mark it as cancelled in expedia .. and never refunded my money.. expedia helpdesk was not helpful on this too as they tried many time to reach the property manager but without any luck .. i will pursue them legally after i finish my trip

There was a hole in the wall next to the light socket in the kitchen and the couch had stains on it writing on the walls in varies areas. mildew in the master bedroom shower. i dont know what was going on with fridge ice maker so i went out and bought a bag of ice. one the TVs did not work.

PROS: nice area, nice home with plenty of room for our party. Quiet area. CONS: Not located in advertised are. Pictures not accurate. House advertised has pool in pictures and is a house. DUPLEX given and no pool. Not in close proximity to theme parks. After driving 14 hours to get there wasn’t interested in the hour drive to get to Theme parks. Drive is shorter on toll roads with less…. Rented house but given a duplex. Should have been told this. Family had concerns when arriving and someone was sitting outside the door. Notification that home was duplex instead of house we rented would have prevented these concerns. Community pool was in a different community away from ours. If going just to get away this is nice quiet area, away from everything. NOTHING in walking distance. Not the place to stay if you want close proximity to theme parks or anything related.

I booked this house in about an two month ahead of the date that I needed it. I put in an order to have the pool heated and paid the extra fees for so. Well no heated pool when I got here and sugar ants all on the counter top. Besides that it was alright.
