We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, had everything we needed and everyone enjoyed playing all of the games and activities throughout the house. The check in/check out process was very easy and any questions we had were answered immediately.

Best Stay Ever👏👍👌

We usually do an Orlando summer vacation every year, this one by far was our best , love the neighborhood .the property manager was very pleasant and helpful,everyone loved this house , every room had a bathroom , all the rooms were designed beautifully 👌, The house had enough entertainment to keep everyone busy when we stayed in , the only thing I would suggest is another pack and play and a portable stroller, there was a pack and play in the house but we had more than one babies on the vacation, other than that it was by far the best house we stayed in , we give it 5+ stars ⭐️ plus 2 thumbs up , we all highly recommend this house for a good family vacation ,,absolutely LOVE this house.

Great House For Kids, and Groups, but needs some upkeep.

A survey of adults gave three 7s, six ’s and a 9. All six kids gave a 10. We had a great time at this house. It was more than spacious enough for our group of 19 people. The bedrooms were all large and it was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. Having the pool right out the back doors really made the trip. The kids were able to jump in any time they wanted to (and they wanted to all the time!). The kitchen/dining/living room area was great for meal times and playing cards. If you have a group that likes to cook, the kitchen is great for cooking large meals; multiple ovens, a nice stovetop, and lots of countertop space. It’s a very large house, and with all the people we had, it echoed a lot, so don’t sleep on the bottom floor if you are a light sleeper. The positives far outweighed the negatives, but there were some negatives. We paid for pool heat/hot tub, and it didn’t actually get turned on until our third day in the house. Upon arrival, the air hockey table did not blow air and the bowling alley did not return balls and the screen was off center. The kids liked the themed rooms, however, in the Pirate Room, the mattresses sit flush with a wooden edge, and they complained about hitting their heads. Also, no dressers in the kids rooms, just closets with no hangars. The kitchen has limited cooking utensils, and no dish towels. We expected less issues in a recently built house. Overall, we had a great experience, and would recommend the house for large groups.

Dream house

The stay here was amazing. The house was just as it was pictured on the website. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom. They are all showers, but the master bedroom did have a bathtub. The game room was awesome. The kids stayed in that most of the time we did end up getting the pool heated, which was great because the weather did get a little cold but the kids Wanted to get in the pool, but they enjoyed it. The customer service is top-tier. The house didn’t have a broom or a mop so I did send a message to customer service to have that delivered and they did it with no problem. The only thing about the game room that the kids didn’t get to enjoy was the bowling alley it was not working and the golf simulator kept freezing but overall they still enjoyed everything. We did have lights go out upstairs in two of the rooms but maintenance was their within five minutes to fix the problem and didn’t have any problem since then. I have already recommended five other people that has vacations coming up soon to book here. It is awesome we love it and will be booking again. Security is on it when you’re coming through the gate, but I will say that when we were packing around 4:30am Sunday morning to leave out, there were two guys in the community walking around asking where the exit was, I told them but they kept walking in the opposite way which was a little suspicious. I did alert the customer service to let them know about it but overall awesome stay awesome staff .

Beautiful, clean home. Quick responses from host.

We were a group of 25 people that stayed from February 24th March 2nd. As Canadians, were were delighted and blessed to have been able to stay a week in the sunshine state. About the house: Pros- Large, beautiful home. I absolutely love how this house had 13 washrooms, each bedroom had access to a washroom. Lots of seating in the kitchen/living room and outside around the pool. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean. Kitchen was well stocked, although I would recommend different drying dish towels. They left little fuzzies on dishes. The house would benefit from having 2 dishwashers. With a large crowd like ours, one was just not enough. We did a lot of cooking. Host was quick and kind everytime we needed something. The pool and hot tub heat worked really well. The games and activities were a hit! Except the ones noted below in the con section. Cons- The bowling alley wasn’t working which was really sad. The alley was one of the reasons I chose this house as we all love bowling. We notified host and he sent out a technician 3 times but after about 30 minutes of playing it was down again. After the third technician visit, we just gave up. The Foosball table did not work smoothly enough to be able to have a fair game. We were having issues with the pool water not getting cleared but the host was prompt to every concern and sent someone out everytime. Our goal was to spend 90% of our time just hanging out at the house so a clean pool was very important to us.

Overall an amazing place. Our family had a wonderful time. The pool, the fun games etc, and the community swimming were all great. The house has plenty of space. The beds are comfortable. Our younger grandchildren loved the princess room. The only issue was in the kitchen. There was an abundance of forks and knives but no normal spoons for eating. None. The pots were small for cooking for a large group. No large pots. Overall this was the perfect place for our family of 24.

Marvellous theme rooms!

This place is a magnificent piece of art. The integration of the dining room, living room, and kitchen was amazing. My favorite area of this house was the pool site. I loved how they have very comfortable chairs for the sunbath on the pool site. I would give a 10 plus for the mesmerizing ocean-themed room. I loved my stay here.

My company took us there for a weekend sometime recently; the units are spacious and delightfully designed. The pool table and arcade games brought out the kids in all of us. The indoor swimming pool was just excellent. We even swam at night. The entire experience was just amazing.

Beautiful rooms!

We feared we’d miss a spot but the units are more than enough- they are building more right next. The most dazzling aspect of our unit was the brightly colored rooms with matching furniture and art. I gotta say, we appreciated every bit of our stay.
