Amazing gateway for this CO nurse w/ family

I originally planned to stay at a hotel when my BFF suggested booking this property. I was a bit apprehensive but it worked out great. The Condo was very clean and spacious. Love the amenities and how clothes everything was. Communication was good and precised with owner. The only issue I had was kids on the top condo jumping around in the middle of the night. The stove HEATED TOO MUCH which was kind of heart to cook with and the Fridge froze everything. The second was no big deal. Overall my family and I had an amazing time. Kids enjoyed the pools and the guest house. I will most definitely stay here again... Thank you!!!

Urlaubsaufenthalt in schöner Anlage

Wohnung sehr schön und groß, sehr gut eingerichtet. Zimmer nicht verdunkelbar. Allerdings fehlen an allen Waschbecken die Stöpsel am Abfluss, so hat man gerne Besuch von Kakerlaken (ca. 10 cm groß). Sind aber an so einem Ort auch normal. Anlage durch Security 24 Stunden sehr sicher und sehr sauber. Leider konnten wir die Pools und die anderen Annehmlichkeiten der tollen Anlage fast gar nicht nutzen, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Okay stay

We didn't receive check in information until I reached out 7.5 hours AFTER check in was available. I emailed, called (straight to vm), and texted several times until I got a response. The location is further from Disney and Universal than expected. You definitely need to bring their own towels because there are not enough and we found several remnants of past guests. At one point two people just opened the door and walked in the unit and claimed to be there to change the filter and spray the bathrooms for pests. This should have been arranged when tenants weren't there or we should have been notified beforehand if there was a scheduling conflict. Overall, things could have been better.

Awesome place, great resort!

We wanted to finish the year at Disney so I picked this condo because it near the parks, restaurants and stores. Everything was great and the resort itself has amazing amenities. Walking distance from one of the pools and hot tub! Everything was great but I really want to thank the owner for the great communication and the HUGE favor he did for my family!! We are forever greatful!
