Great property, great management

A few things on our check in were missed, but the property manager still made sure we were able to get in with it being 2am for our check in. The property was perfect, comfortable, and made relaxing after the parks so nice. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Enjoyable stay

Really appreciate finally being able to use the property after several delays in travel plans. Enjoyed our time with friends. Property was clean and equipped for daily needs. Very quiet and private. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! I was suprised at the size of the back yard pool (larger than expected) My only comment would be concerning the furniture around the pool Not comfortable & places for 3 people to sit when home is for up to 6 people

No heated pool, no remedy and raw sewage smell

Whole the unit was comfortable and clean, it lacked the heated pool cover that was required if guests to retain heat so when the temps dipped there was no way for any heat to have held. When contacting mgnt about it and the raw sewage smell I was reminded there is a heated community pool and risk of malfunctions was why they didn't charge extra for the heat even though prior to booking I specifically asked about the condition of the units personal pool and was reassured that while they couldn't guarentee anything, they'd not had any issues. So, I get that but when asking about had it been working the property mngr said the previous quests enjoyed it and something to the effect of asking if the pool had been covered. There was no cover. And the maintence person they sent out in response to a tub plug not working wasn't even asked to ck on the heater to ensure it was functional even though it was above the stated minimum temps yet would not come on. We were then told the propert is near a sewage treatment plant so that explained the smells. The neighborhood was excellent. We went to the community pool but that wasn't what we stated was of most impotance to us when booking. So overall, I'd give it a 3. It's fine with the right expectations.

Perfect for what we needed!

It was a great place with everything we needed. The girls enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and came with lots of additional Childrens things if needed. (Stroller, high chair, pack-n-play).

Wonderful place to stay!

This property was great from the moment we walked in. It was very clean and well taken care of the pool was wonderful and the door alarm and safety gate made us feel very comfortable with 2 younger children I'm the townhouse. You are in a very convenient location with easy access to Disney. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We will definitely return.

Great place. Close to everything. Having 3 bathrooms was excellent. Having the pool to come home too after a day at Disney was such a nice bonus. Next time we come this is where we will stay for sure.

What a great place for families of all sizes and ages. So many things were supplied, plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked for anything you ever needed. And although my children are older and wouldn’t need these things they did supply a stroller a highchair vacuum broom anything and everything that would be needed for an easy breezy wonderful stay. It was clean and extremely cozy. A shirt walk to the main pool, but even shorter to the one in our own back door. We were here for the D2 summit for my daughter’s cheerleading event and it was like being in our own home away from home.

Great location close to Disney! Nice 3 beds & 3 baths

Overall, great affordable location. Townhouse in quiet gated community with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked well for our family. The plunge pool was nice but I paid extra for pool heat and didn't realize that we needed to maintain water level in pool to make sure it heated properly. The pool guy told us the night before we checked out. I did not read the 3 ring binder and had hoped there was a quick cheat sheet for those of us that do not have pools at home. The overall townhouse could use some updating. Wished we could have checked in sooner that 4pm and wished we could check out later than 10am. Master tub plug needed to be fixed so bath did not hold water until the next day.

Lovely Orlando end unit townhouse

Spotless well appointed townhouse near all activities. I was completely surprised at how clean this was. Great that there was three bathrooms. Not far from large pool offering drinks and food. Great book from owners to inform renters of all info. Only downside was size of downstairs bedroom. All well appointed and had a great time. Kudos to cleaning staff!!!!

Excellent Location and GREAT HOME away from Home!

This place was GREAT for a family. Three full bathrooms for each of the bedrooms is a HUGE bonus. The small pool in the back was perfect for my younger children. Wifi was excellent for working away from home, and the kids virtual schooling. Stayed two full weeks, and wish we had time to stay more. Neighborhood is super nice, and location is amazing. 5 minutes to a Walmart...10 minutes onto Disney property. Hope to stay here again.
