Great stay as always! The Kissimmee Wonder is our favorite place to stay for Disney. It is clean, quiet, and centrally located for dining and shopping. We'll be back!

This is a nice property in a gated community that is close to amusement parks and other Orlando attractions. It is very convenient, clean and as advertised. The pool was a bit dirty when we got there but the property management company sent someone out quickly, there was still some algae around the edges but the pool was usable. In addition the washer and dryer work but sound terrible and are very loud, this should probably be addressed. We did laundry when we left for the day.

The location was great. Easy access to Disney Parks and Disney Springs. The place had everything we needed for our stsy. Having our own parking space was great too. We would definitely stay therr again.

We loved our stay

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in August 2024 and thought the bouse was great. The location was perfect, both Windsor Palms iand the h\ouse within the resort, private and not overlooked We only did the Disney theme parks on this trip, and could easily be driving into Disney property in 16 mins.. We travelled as a family of 4 and the house was just right for us. We enjoyed the pool which was briliant to cool off after a hot day. The home was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and we're love to stay again!

Lovely Stay!

Great location and resort amenities! Townhome was equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Loved the welcome bag with dish soap, laundry detergent,& dishwasher tabs. Super nice touch! Location could use a deep cleaning, as there was dust throughout and hair in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall it’s great rental and close to all the Orlando attractions!

Great place for family of four

Stayed at Windsor Palm townhouse for a week with husband and two adult children. Really liked having 3 bathrooms. The place was as advertised, except the ‘Micky’ room does not have the bedspreads and shower curtain seen in the photos. Fine for us, but may be disappointing for a child. The clubhouse amenities were great as we used the gym and hot tub a few times during our stay.

Nice Neighborhood

Overall the place was as described. Just note that for a stay of more than a few days you will need to provide your own toilet paper and soap. Not a big deal as long as you have time to get to a store. We didn’t spend a lot of time on site as we were busy visiting the parks. It was fine for us to land and have a place to sleep.

Could Be Great With Adjustments

The lactation of the property is ideal, everything you need a short drive away. Perfect if Disney Parks are going to be your main attractions, only a 5-10 minute drive away! The house it’s self was disappointing, not the facilities as it had everything we needed and the communal pool and club house were great, reasonably priced food and drinks if you choose to spend a few hours a day taking it easy on non park days. The one thing that let it down was the cleanliness, previous reviews mentioned this however being a frequent traveller I have learnt not all reviews are fair and often choose to decide for myself as some people want to complain for the sake of complaining. As mentioned in previous reviews the kick boards (skirting for the Brits) were really dusty, some of the main surfaces were dusty but the one unacceptable thing being the ground floor bedroom, the floor was dirty and then on the first night when we closed the door there were items of dirty clothing from previous guests proving that the house isn’t cleaned properly! The other thing is the house is tired and needs some TLC and with this and a better base clean this could be a fantastic option for a holiday, it should not be too much to expect that your holiday rental be clean on arrival. We had a couple other issues which the management company addressed immediately so we had no issue at all with that but the cleanliness needs to be address to improve people’s hard earned vacation time.
