Vacation at Windsor’s Best is located in the gated community of Windsor Hills Resort, just 2 miles from Walt Disney World. This one-story, 4 bedroom, 4-bath vacation villa has everything you need for a wonderful getaway with family or friends. Situated on an elevated corner lot, this spacious villa with its private pool and spillover spa offers a beautiful view overlooking the resort community. Plus, guests have access to the family-friendly Windsor Hills Resort amenities, including the water park, playgrounds, gym, and more.

The Home:
The open-concept living area has a full view of the pool and sliding glass doors out to your own private and spacious lanai. The newly updated kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, so you’ll never miss a moment with family or friends!

Beyond the sliding glass wall in the great room, there is a screened lanai with a large (optional heated) swimming pool and spa. The home is a single-story, so it also has most of the pool deck getting great sun all day. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a six-person dining area outdoors to enjoy a meal outdoors whenever you want.

Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, the kitchen has been upgraded with extended quartz countertops providing comfortable seating for four at the breakfast bar. Enjoy casual dining with seating for 6 in the adjacent dining nook. Additional seating for six under the firework chandelier offers a magical dining experience.

The foyer has been updated with a new cubby and wall storage system for an easy and organized vacation.

All three master suites have king beds with luxury linens, ceiling fans, and en-suite upgraded bathrooms perfect for the adults in your party. Kids will also love the middle master bedroom, which features custom artwork and a galaxy-themed Star Wars sleep experience that is out of this world. Imaginations will ignite in the newly themed kids' room that boasts a custom castle twin-over-twin bunk bed that’s perfect for princes and princesses alike. The castle quad bunk bedroom doubles as a playroom where kids can watch their favorite shows on the Roku and cable equipped 43” TV. Little dreamers can pick from a selection of different pillowcases featuring some of the most-loved characters. The kids also have their own themed shower/tub combo bathroom.

All bedrooms feature luxury hard-surface flooring that can be easily cleaned and is allergen-friendly. Area rugs in the living and kids' rooms are by Ruggable™, which means they are easy to clean anytime because they are machine washable.

The home theater has a 100-inch projection screen with surround sound and theater seating for 8. The games area boasts popular arcade machines, including Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga, Arcade Legends, Outrun double racing, Marvel Super Heroes, Marvel Pinball, and NBA Jam. Kids and Adults will especially love racing side by side with Outrun dual racing! Plus, 2 step stools in the games area will allow the little ones to play the arcade games.

*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
