VRBO and their partners never have disappointed... like Walmart and McDonald's you know exactly what to expect and how to pack before you even arrive! This is a typical beach house (not poshly hotel or I would have gone to that type place). It is a comfy home away from home with more authentic touches and thoughtful conveniences than I could want. My 1st priority was acceptance and comfortable spaces for my trained, large, German Shepherd. This is not always an accommodation to find, yet, VRBO/EVOLVE did it. We could walk to the ocean/ beach and other places without any concerns of safety, protection, respect and the neighborhood is pleasantly quiet. My host response was always kind, immediate and proficient with any of my questions... VERY accommodating and naturally hospitable.
