「So much to do. You can just park and enjoy the whole stay. Great food and fun.」

「We loved the atmosphere the staff were all wonderful, helpful. The room for how much we paid was sub par. The A/C didn't work great, there was no hot water, we let the front desk know and they fixed it pretty fast. The pillows were horrible, little and lumpy. The sink leaked the towels were possibly from a car wash! Lol just kidding but they were pretty bad. Loved how they didn't hassle anyone and loved the pool, the hot tub bubbles didn't work but it was hot so that was good! Wouldn't stay...

「Great place to stay for a one night trip to Florida on the way to a cruise port. Breakfast was above average. Rooms clean but are showing wear. Great place to stay for the price. 」

Also you can use Expedia feature “book now - pay later” its give you an additional piece of mind during travel. Small deposit required upon check in but total price is very reasonable. Stayed there 5 times. Great for short 1night stay.」

「Old place that has a few holes in the walls. Quiet, new TV, electrical outlets appeared newish. Bed was nice, lots of towels,microwave and fridge worked. I never tried the coffee maker. I never successfully used the Wifi. My main goal was to catch up on my sleep and i was able to do this. 」

「We rented two rooms for our adult children and their families. They had a terrific view of the beach and ocean. Parking was good. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. Seems like a remodel has happened not too long ago. Our family has been using Coral Sands for years and have never been disappointed.」

「Great and helpful staff very friendly, they just dont have a good maintenance person or something the floor when you walk in gives in a little and the bathroom was the same way, easy fixes, the shower was kinda gross looking on the wall all kinds of random marks just needed a simple paint job. The tv was crazy fuzzy like watching antenna tv in the 90s simple fix too just get better wires and tighten them down more the room smelled damp when we walked in the first tim too, room 103 to be...

「The Royal Floridian was perfect and every way I took my family and our three boys down there for a week vacation and it was just absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and just so nice and right on the beach. It was just wonderful. already planning to return next year to make it a family vacation every year」
