Former art studio of locally renowned artist, Vincent Hartgen. Architecturally designed and recently renovated. Large windows looking out on the forest and owner's gardens. Open concept with bedroom space with in-floor radiant heat and living space that includes small kitchen appliances and sitting area. Access to Orono Land Trust with over 180 acres of trails, easy walk to downtown Orono and 1.5 miles to the University of Maine campus.
