「We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a definite highlight—delicious and incredibly varied. Every morning we enjoyed a huge spread of fresh fruits, several kinds of cheeses, and a great selection of fresh breads. The drink station was equally impressive, featuring a variety of fresh juices, quality coffee, and comforting hot chocolate. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Cusco.」

「Unfortunately i cant give too much feedback on the breakfast as i didnt eat breakfast there. What i can say is that i went to the breakfast area to get a pitcher of ice during breakfast hours and it smelled delish, additionally there seemed to have been a variety of breakfast options available. I also saw that they had 4 different options of freah juice made and put out for occupants to drink. 「Excellent staff and clean room」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「Property manager assisted me when I arrived late to the hotel and went out of his way to assist me in getting a taxi to my scheduled tour and to the airport. The breakfast provided was excellent. I would highly recommend this place.」

「對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！」

「The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. 」
