This beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and breathtaking views. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a fun-filled family vacation, this condo has it all. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable furnishings and ample storage space. 2 bathrooms with all the necessary amenities. Open-concept living area with large windows showcasing panoramic lake views. Fully equipped kitchen and all the essentials for gourmet cooking. Cozy living room with a fireplace, HDTV, and a comfortable seating area. Private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the sunset. High-speed Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Access to the Parkview Bay community pool and hot tub

Nestled right on the shores of the Lake of the Ozarks, Parkview Bay is conveniently situated near the best of Osage Beach. You'll be close to shopping, dining, and a wide range of water activities, including boating and fishing. This location is perfect for those seeking both tranquility and entertainment.

​​​​​​​Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
This unit is NOT pet friendly.
If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Unit was decent, however the master bed had a plastic liner of some sort on the mattress, which made it very warm sleeping, and you could hear the plastic as you moved. Also, was noise all night long from unit above. Needless to say, was challenging to sleep.
