「Booked a room for my mother and my son to go swim. The pool was ice cold. They refused to turn the heater on in the pool and argued with my mom so the water was freezing. The room was flooded. Had to switch rooms. There was workers there at 1 AM outside banging on trailers so there was no sleep. And 6am the workers are back outside banging. Muddy boots in the hallway and the hotel staff are rude and could care less.」

「Room was clean. No phone to call front desk for assistance. No directions available to explain electronics, where the ice machine was located? Necessitated three trips to speak with the front desk personnel. Lighting was poor, switches that did not work, or no switches, two receptacles with no light bulbs. I did find it ironic to find a travel magazine showcasing the amenities of Topeka, KS. in the room.」

「A little dated, but clean. Holes on wall where pictures used to hang. Bathroom vent fan sounded a lot like an old washing machine. Location was good. Parking ample. No microwave, but had coffee pot, safe and mini fridge. Would I stay here again? Maybe.」

「Staff wonderful, a/c didn't work properly in room and toilet ran constantly. Staff was very helpful and compensating. Property outside of room 5 star. Rooms 3.5 star.」

「We just returned from our long road trip and checked that we actually booked for a Ground Floor room (i.e. higher price than the room we got on the 2nd floor), but we didn't remember at the time we checked in because we booked it more than a month ago and we booked for more that 10 hotels for this trip. When we checked in, I asked the receptionist twice if she has a room in the ground floor but she said "we all booked", which mean they gave our booked room to someone else. I contacted the hotel...
