Check in process was seamless and easy. The kitchen facilities were great! Had enough seating for our family of 9 and was very clean. We will definitely book this home again and will recommend to our friends who come to the lake.

The house was perfect and the dock worked great for swimming with the kids every night. It was clean and stocked with all necessary items like towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, etc. The only thing that was a negative was the photos on the ad show a covered slip for our boat. When we stayed, there was a boat in the slip so ours had to be tied up on the side, not covered, which wouldn't be a problem if it hadn't rained all weekend. The location is ideal, right across from Margaritaville - we were able to get our boat in the water just around the cove. We plan to stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Excellent property and great service!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Seagull Ct properties we rented were excellent for our stay. Lots of room and worked great for our golf outing. Property management is and has always been very responsive to any and all requests. Would give them 10 stars if that was an option!!!
