Rooms are clean, beds are soft, with cold air conditioning and private bathrooms. Free luggage storage as well! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!"

When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...
