"Great stay. I got two twin beds. You have a sink to clean fruit ,vegetables,etc... there is a toaster that acts like an air fryer so you can reheat the fried fish at the grocery store. Gen was very helpful. Ask and he will answer.air conditioner works great but I didn't use it all the time because osaka in Oct is cool. Bathroom and toilet are amazingly clean . Toilet with the bidet is spectacular. Laundry was super useful.; I only brought 7 days of clothing but stayed for 25 days. Life saver....

"Great staff! They spoke enough English that we were able to pay for late check-out in person in cash(yen). But overall the tablet check-in was easy and the room was amazing! 10/10 would stay again. The room was spacious with 4 beds, and a community area, washer/dryer, and a large tub compared to APA hotels with no space.."
