「Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

「酒店可以，但房間太細，冇遲退房。職員服務十分之好。只限早上繁忙時間低層等車電梯時間長，每部都滿座。如果可以改善問題更好」

「位置卓越，樓下是北浜站，設施齊全，浴室厠所有別於其他日本酒店。早餐非常西化，適合香港遊客」

「地點位置方便，鄰近心齋橋，酒店附近已經係地鐵站入口，免費早餐不算太豐富，但味道好」
