"Excellent hotel, very good breakfast with great variety of food."

"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"Room was very clean, staff was great, and the amenities were good. The free drinks in the afternoon were a great plus. Laundry room had multiple machines making it easy to do on vacation. Train station entrance literally 5 ft from the front door of the establishment, which was was super convenient, especially on rainy days."

"Great place to stay at. Around a 3-5 min walk to the red line subway which can go directly to Namba or Shinsaibashi. Very affordable as well and gives you free amenities daily."
