「Room was adequate. No bugs and was clean for the most part. Several cosmetic issues on our end. Broken door latch, cracked floor tile, the tub drain was broken and didn’t drain well at all as well as some cracks on the tub floor. The elevator was also very sketchy, and the latest inspection posted is from 2019 with specific highlights to mandatory upgrades required by 2020. The keys to our room also didn’t work when we got there but the staff fixed it in a prompt manner. 」

「This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.」

「The room was filthy from electrical sockets and fixtures and remote controls being unable to turn on lights or tv or plug in my phone charger due to broken sockets remote and batteries being held up my tape holes in walls as if someone clearly punched through stains on pillows bedding chairs and floors the room was filthy with a poor air filters and smell. There were holes in the walls appeared to be bullet holes nothing was painted properly the drywall was pealing and breaking shower head and...

「They had a fun breakfast menu. They had recipe cards in various places to give suggestions on making things from the varied breakfast food items... My favorite was the various toppings to make different breakfast parfaits! 」

「Front desk took my drivers license and my credit card took his cell phone out took forever to give back they had to check to see if our room was ready and we got there 2 hours past check in time when we went in the had sprayed a floral spray so strong we were half sick and were coughing, then the. Bathroom floor was so sticky and shoe marks all over it and the shower floor was gritty 」
