Barefoot Beach Resort Studio Stay

Very cute place, nicely decorated. Very clean except couch was sandy so was the bed. We stayed in #9. The porch is unsafe. Very small you can step off the side or front on either side of steps, if you are not careful. You cannot see the lake from #9. You can walk out down a small sidewalk, onto the sand, then down to the lake. Very peaceful by the water. #9 is close to the main road US23. With the door open and screen closed. The traffic was loud. If I stay again I will ask for front place facing the lake.

Perfect location

We go up north every year to relax on the water and unplug. This cabin was in a great location, close to nearby attractions and on a beautiful white sand beach. The cabin served its purpose for our 1 night but probably wont go back as several other cabins offered more at a better cost.This cabin is listed as updated and modern but paint inside was unfinished, front steps were unsafe, bed was uncomfortable and AC unit didnt work. Some extra ammenities were not included on site like firewood, extra pillows/blankets, etc- not a big deal but again weve had access to these things at other places at a third of the cost.
