That said, the resort itself offers a wide range of amenities -including breakfast, onsen, and massage services - covering most of your needs during the stay. "We stayed as a family of four for 5 nights. PROS: - location was great, within walking distance to Anapuri - the breakfast was great and changed daily which was nice - the shared bathroom was clean - it did feel family friendly and we liked meeting other folks in the common area CONS: - our room was ok - the heater and fridge didn’t work and it was clean-ish - you have to walk through the dining area to access the communal showers which felt odd - the staff also utilized the common areas so sometimes it was hard to know who was actually working and it felt like we were an inconvenience at times when we were asking for things like coffee in the morning - in general, we felt the service was lacking for what we paid "
