There is no hot tub. Some lightbulbs not replaced, shower faucet leaked. Elevators and ice machines very loud. Free breakfast was cheap but not awful. We did notice a pile of hundreds of dead ants in the pool area by the patio door (which was out of order)

Water pressure in the shower was very low. To the point where it is difficult to wash the shampoo out of your hair. Also, the water temperature was not very high. Had it on max, and it was just not as hot as it should be. The outlet next to the bed in my room was inoperative. These were just minor annoyances though. The hotel was very clean the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again, as the pro's definitely outweighed the cons.

Beautiful facility. Very clean, excellent game room and pool area.plenty of good parking. Morning breakfast was a nice touch which scrambled eggs, sauge links, american fries, biscuit, gravy, bagels, waffle iron, assorted breakfast cereals and juices. The rooms were spacious and had two comfy queen beds. Room even had a greeting area with couch and two ottomans. Bath was basic standard. Only odd thing was our scan card keys required reprogramming.

Every thing was ALMOST perfect. The place was so clean and inviting, staff was so nice, price was right. Our night was relaxing just as we had hoped. HOWEVER, the next morning we went to fill up the hot tub in our room and the water was basically ice cold. Thankfully we had a late check out and decided we’d wait an hour or two for hot water and just take a shower. Even after waiting a good long while the shower was still cold as well. Unsure if they were having water heater issues or not but the whole reason we booked the room was for the in room hot tub that we weren’t even able to use. Book at your own risk. We ended up pretty disappointed

The staff was really nice the guy who checked me and I wish I remembered his name he was super sweet and it smelled nice and clean in there the only issue I had was me and my daughter went to go swimming and you couldn't even smell like chlorine like you would in a normal pool and there was like kind of mold or mildew in the pool along the wall so we just got out and went and took a shower I think they need to test their chemicals in the pool

There was no hot tub and the jets on the kiddie pool did not work. The pool seemed cloudy and not the cleanest. The game room did not have a change machine and the front desk had no change either. There were no paddles or balls for ping pong table abd no chalk for the pool cues. We were on the 4th floor and the hallway smelled really bad. There seemed to be people loitering around the hotel at night and not sure they were staying there. The room was spacious but all the inputs on the TV were disabled so gaming was not an option.

The toilet didnt fill with water and the front desk just gave a plunger even though i said it wasnt clogged. Front desk was more concerned with another guest that "lives" there because it was her birthday. Breakfast issues were that the waffle maker disnt work properly due to not being cleaned. It had burnt waffle residue on it causing all waffles to stick. Kids running around all night and staff not willing to do anything because it was long term guests children.
