「Room key kept resetting, had to visit front desk 4 times to reset the key card to get access. Headache when told it should work and it didn’t. Overall, service and staff was friendly.」

I was only disappointed that for blocking several rooms for our wedding, they didn't upgrade us to a suite or make any additional effort to make their hotel/services stand out during our stay..on our wedding night.」

「I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo.」
