Booked based off reviews about how clean the hotel was and unfortunately that wasn’t our experience. Upon check in the rugs in the hotel were dirty and all ripped up and obviously not taken care of. Check in went smooth and the laddies at the front desk were nice. The elevator floor was deteriorating and there was garbage on the floor. The hallways had personal belongings sitting on the chairs and tables in the hallways across from the elevator for the whole weekend we stayed. Our room was caked with dust on the doors, lamps, and wood bored behind the bed was so dusty. The chair in our room in front of the extremely wrinkled curtains had a giant stain on it. The floor looked like it hadn’t been moped in years. Our room had dirty towels and if they weren’t dirty they were stained. The heater in our room wasn’t operating correctly making loud rattling noise at the middle of the night while not being able to regulate the temperature of the room correctly. It was so hot! Our room had wall paper starting to peel off the walls showing our room was super neglected in any kind of maintenance. The pool room was so cold thank goodness the super chipped and cracked spa was nice and toasty to warm you up. Took at least 10 min to check out as no one was there to help and the phone kept ringing. Over all I expected more from a Hilton as you are supposed to pay more for a decent place and will not be staying at anymore if there hotels again.
