「This is our second time staying at this property. It's a wonderful, clean, convenient space to stay when visiting campus/dropping off kids. The condo is about 10 minutes from campus so it's easy to get to KU but far enough away that you have a little bit of space from the busyness of the campus life. And Jori is a great communicator and easy to work with. We will stay here again, for sure. 」

「The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as the code was sent to us days before entering. Beds were good and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances pretty new. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our stay was enjoyable.」

「Fabulous Victorian mansion with plenty of room to gather our group for sharing of our stories. The only negative was mansion only had 5 coffee cups for our group of 6. 」

「Great location and property. The only suggestion would be to have a mirror in the bedrooms to make getting ready easier when there is more than one person. 」

「The house was great. Great location. The door had to be pulled to lock or unlock and would have wanted some locking instructions because I wasn’t familiar with brand but the host was very responsive to questions. 」

「Was in town for family wedding. The house was amazing, perfect for our family. The host was great, I needed to reach out to him a couple times, he responded very quickly. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Topeka.」

「Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. 「I was happy to find a pet friendly rental for our stay. The rental is a nice, older property. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept very well. The fenced yard is a small courtyard, that served our purpose nicely. 」
