This by far was the best hotel stay I have ever had! I travel a lot and own 3 BNB's . This place is unbelievable!!~The stay is extraordinary , the accommodation is 10 stars, they take care of you like royalty. I highly recommend this fabulous property. It is stupendous!!!

I never wrote any reviews but SCHLOSS is just perfect. Best hotel i ever stayed in.

Nice room for me on the third floor. You can pretty much see the whole matterhorn which is the part matters the most for travellers. The room is clean with all drinks included in the fridge and the bottom of the still water bottle has a matterhorn-shaped and I am very delighted seeing and be able to have it for free. breakfast was delightful and various dishes supplied. Shuttle bus picked us up from and to the train station which is very nice. Although I have waited about 45 mins for the pick-up...

Beautiful Matterhorn view from our Balcony. It is the reason I book this hotel. Many restaurants are nearby with friendly hotel staff Spa facility is a plus that you can be relaxed after hiking !! remember that you can ask for free shuttle from train station to hotel, please check with hotel after booking. ^_^

Staff are friendly and helpful and all my requests have been well taken care of. The food and drink in the restaurant is superb and I especially like the bread very much! Thank you!

Lovely hotel with wonderful view, staff are nice and helpful.

The staff services were excellent throughout the stay and the free shuttle bus to the train station was a plus. All the staffs were very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome.

Our two-floor room was at the basement. It was huge in size with the bathroom at lower floor. It needed only five mins walking to the city centre where located shops and restaurant. There was a supermarket nearby. Just that one reception lady behaved not very welcoming.
