"Excellent property very close (walkable) to the Train Station and the village. The room and bathroom were very clean and decent-sized. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast had plenty of good options. "

"This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. "An old, stately hotel, with works of art in the corridors, lobby and gardens. Wonderful housekeeping and laundry service. Very plentiful buffet breakfast included, where one can sit at a table overlooking Lake Maggiore. The dinner at this restaurant was excellent. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the town of Stresa, where there are shops, restaurants, and a boat to transport you to the islands. The gym/spa/pool complex is amazing. The crowning glory of the hotel are the expansive lake views from many rooms. What a glorious thing to wake up to sunrise over the lake!"

"Pretty hotel in the centre of Zermatt. The hotel facilities were great, really happy with the pool and sauna. Nearby dining options were plenty and great quality. Didn’t initially know Zermatt was car free but the shuttle from Täsch was easy and there was plenty of parking. "

"They weren’t busy they upgraded our room which was really nice. Tile floor in the bathroom was heated. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful hotel. "
