“I was met at airport by Nicholas at 5:30 am to transport me to the hotel. Check in was seamless. The accommodation met my needs and the location was very convenient. The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. Excellent accommodation for my stay in Ghana.”

“When they said number one. It is a vibe. Stayed for 6 days in Accra from dining to touring it made my first time to Ghana a fond memorie. The breakfast is great and the service. From the pool service to the bellman. Front desk ladies are on point. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. “there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.”

“Overall, the check-in process was cumbersome, given that we had to go into the lobby, take an elevator down to the garage, go to another building, then up to the unit we booked. The check-in attendant was not forthcoming about their knowledge of the presence of cockroaches at Chateau Towers. There wasn't an iron readily available in the unit and we were in a hurry to make it to an evening obligation-- this caused a delay. This was a very inconvenient experience.”
