  • Set on the Offa’s Dyke Trail and only 3 miles from Oswestry this delightful cottage with wood burner makes a cosy retreat.. Ground Floor:

    Living room: Freesat, DVD Player, Bluray Player, Woodburner

    Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

    First Floor:

    Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

    Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet

    Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included (Oct-Apr). Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps from the parking area.. A beautiful, detached holiday property in an elevated setting overlooking the countryside, occupying a quiet position within the peaceful village of Trefonen. This stone-built cottage, featuring a welcoming wood burner and an enclosed garden, provides ideal accommodation for families. The village is on the Offa’s Dyke trail and is a mere 3 miles from the market town of Oswestry. Mid and North Wales, Shropshire and Cheshire are easily accessible. Horse riding and golf can be found locally. Shop and pub 500 yards.

Super, relaxing holiday in a cosy and warm cottage, which was very well appointed. Three en-suites were perfect for three couples. Lovely walks with our dog direct from the cottage. The walkable pub, The Barley Mow, unfortunately wasn’t serving food that weekend so would recommend booking ahead just in case.

We had a lovely week in 1 Piccadilly. As a family of five, we found the cottage extremely spacious. It was well-equipped and the Welcome Pack on arrival was such a nice added touch. We loved the location; in a quiet, rural village (with a village shop, pub and beautiful play park) but just a short drive from the market town of Oswestry. The cottage was ideally situated to explore Wales and Shropshire. We even made it to Liverpool and Chester as well. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage and would definitely visit again.
