“まったくホテルの人との対面はなく、全てメールでのやり取りのみ。手続きの段階で、宿泊者の登録をするよう、メールが届きますが、全て英語だったので（日本語の選択がない）、少し戸惑いました。 ホテル自体は、部屋をワンフロア貸切 暗証番号を入力して入室 部屋はとても綺麗で、タオル、ハミガキはありました。 コーヒーはドリップバッグがありましたが、紅茶やお茶も欲しかったです。 快適な生活ができましたが、一つだけ、用意された布団一式の敷き布団が薄すぎです、寝られませんでした。 そこだけです、困ったところは。 あと、キャンセルができないのは、冬は体調を崩すことがあると考えた時、リスクも承知で予約しなければいけません。”

“Quiet and very good location for tourists. Close to memorial sights as well as public transportation lines. Host was very quick to respond to any questions i had. Ive never had to turn on the water heater so that was new, maybe printed instructions should be left for guests. Also, the wash/dry took longer than anticipated and even after a couple of hours, my clothes did not dry completely. ”

“This was our first time visiting Hiroshima so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it’s hard for me to imagine a better location than this. The unit was clean and spacious with nice amenities like a washer/dryer and a patio area with a nice view. The unit is at the back of the building so the noise from the road is really minimized. There’s a streetcar station basically right in front of the building, too. This provided the space for our family to be together, and for privacy when needed……

“We loved this apartment for the space and bench area, the laundry facilities, the large hand basin and the fact that we didn't have to climb into and out of a deep bath to shower. Check-in arrangements worked fine and we could leave our bags before check-in. The lack of a lift may affect those with wheeled luggage (we used packs), and for more than 2 people the space between the beds was a bit of a squeeze.”
