"This was a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful location. A Great combination of mountains and ocean. The house was very clean, neat, and tidy. Towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, and shower products are provided. While this is a compact Japanese house, it felt very spacious to me. "We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect. The castle view from our room was amazing. We spent one night in Hiroshima, and this hotel was ideally situated for our trip. I highly recommend. I saw some negative reviews about the hotel being outdated, but I did not have that perception. Overall, this was a grea5 stay."

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in while we explored the city. In contrast, service at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. When we asked about a table after checking in, we were simply told it was fully booked, with no alternative times or nearby restaurant recommendations offered. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms and excellent views, but maintenance issues and inconsistent service prevented it from feeling like a truly high-end experience."
