Room was clean. Second bed was not ready made on our arrival, but it wasn’t hard to do. The washing machine instructions are available from reception but I don’t know why they don’t just put them in the room anyway. Good location short walk from Hiroshima Station.

Best family room

the room is huge with lot of space, very unlike japanese room. it clear and clean. the Location is great around 5 mins walk from the main train station. and there are couple of shopping mall near by too.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Unfortunately we only stayed one night - we wish it was longer because it was such a great place to stay. The room was well equipped and had a very modern feel. Beds were very comfortable, everything spotlessly clean.

We liked the outdoor patio at the front of the hotel. A very tranquil spot to sit and rest. The check-in/ check-out was easy. The room was small but the way it is configured provided more than enough space for four people.

Comfortable and quiet

This place was an easy 10 minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The staff knew minimal English, but it was easy to check in and check out. The beds were big and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed but a sponge for cleaning dishes, the shower was great and had soap, shampoo and condistioner, and it was nice to have a washer on the property. The washer also dried, but it took hours to dry all our clothes, so be aware. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It would be nice if they had a proper rubbish bin in the room as there are cooking facilities but nowhere to properly dispose of any trash. It would also be good if they gave some hand towels/cleaning cloths for the kitchen to make it more user friendly. Having said that the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location near the staton. It's a bit of a walk into town but that wasn't an issue fo me.

We love the walkable distance to train. A real person assisted us with checkin which made it super quick. Enjoyed the ensuite washer and dryer. We will stay again.

Good sized family room.

A short walk from the station. Room was large and easily accommodated a family of four. Two double beds and two single beds up above. Had a seating area, small kitchen area and a washing machine in the room which was great.

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms come with a kitchen area / washer and dryer combo and it’s like you’re in your own apartment. It’s also within a 37 minute walk to everything in Hiroshima. Also Costco is less than 10 minutes away. The staff were also so friendly and fun to talk to! They were also super helpful and the hotel was very clean!

Spacious and quiet property located in a residential area. Love the tatami floor and the washing machine within the unit. The walk from the station can be a tad long if you're dragging luggage but still doable.

Reasonably priced large room with free laundry next to baseball stadium - 12 minute walk from train station. Local izakawa restaurants are excellent but challenging to find. Not far from Costco with a near full kitchen.

Excellent family stay

Great for family stay in Hiroshima. Lots of pros- cleanliness, new, washing machine and dryer in the room, kitchenette to do noodles and eggs, bath tube, 4 beds (2 bunk beds) for family of up to 6, but 4 will be comfortable, and very affordable. Cons would be luggage space is lacking, location will need some searching, and room service at extra charge. Overall 10/10

It was a very nice place loved the fancy bunk beds for the family and the washer dryer in the room. Very close to the train station and Carp Stadium. We were missing a trash can in the kitchen area but were thinking they forgot to return it after cleaning. Staff was nice.

Accommodation was excellent with main room, kitchenette, bathroom and separate kitchen. Be aware that the bed(s) are futon style but comfortable. Also second bed was not made up prior to our arrival…we had to construct it after check in. Location is good and within a 10min walk of Hiroshima station. 1 star taken away for the lack of options and coffee choices for the included breakfast.

Second time staying with the FAV group and still a very good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and love how the rooms are spacious and comfy. Purchased the package with breakfast included but wish there were more food choices available as we ate the same thing (egg sandwich and yogurt) for 4 consecutive days...
