「很親切讓人安心的地方，年輕老闆英文不錯，溝通沒問題。飯店位置在溫泉街的盡頭，十分方便。我訂的是有私人衛浴的，還有一個小流理台，電爐可以燒水，應該還是比較好的選擇，畢竟要走到另一層樓才能盥洗有點麻煩~~溫泉對我來說超級燙!!!哈哈不過效能不錯，泡完皮膚感覺有變好~無線網路訊號不強」

「The staff and management team is very hospitable and friendly. Particularly Staff Anna whose service is commendable. She went all the way out to help me. I was down with flu and she drove me to the clinic, helped me talk to the nurse in Japanese and ensured everything went well. After my medical consultation, she drove from hotel to the clinic to fetch me back. I really appreciate her helpfulness and hospitality 」
