“The only problem of you want to call it one was he breakfast was mediocre at best. Not bad not great. Other than that it was just fine. Clean, courtesy staff. I didn’t use the bar/restaurant so I can’t comment on food or drinks. All in all I would definitely go back if needed. Hotel was quiet if you needed to get a good night sleep.”

“Room very clean and comfortable Staff friendly and check in was fast”

“Everything was very clean. Everything was perfect during the days we stayed. The staff do a very good job.”

“Good staff clean room”

“Clean rooms and staff Is very nice”

“Convenient location for our travel plans. This hotel was just average for San overnight stop. The bathroom was not super clean and the light had lots of bugs in it, as well as a flickering bulb that never worked properly. Bed was average.”

“A routine shower faucet issue happened day 2. No big deal, mentioned to Mr. Suarez so he can fix. General maintenence of place is fine. Good value would stay again.”

“When we checked in , there was not a single person on staff or in the building. I was greeted by a person from India talking to me on a TV Screen. Check in was bizarre to say the least. It was complicated and the person was hard to understand. The roomkey popped out of a slot in the kiosk. It was very impersonal , and the property seemed very unsafe, insecure.”

“I loved the lay out of the room and all the furnishings, along with microwave and fridge. They came in and cleaned out room and made our beds, which was a nice surprise. The lobby was enjoyable because of their pets. Parked right outside our room.”

“The staff person was very attentive. It was a quiet place and I slept well there. I was not able to take advantage of the continental breakfast as most of what they had to offer was wheat-based and I have a wheat/gluten sensitivity, so I ended up needing to go elsewhere for breakfast. I could have made inquiries about that before booking, but neglected to do so.”

“不错的酒店 就是空调不好调节”

“New and clean. Will use again.”

“I appreciate the breakfast that was included. The staff was fine. It was nice to have a jetted tub to relax, however the staff must have forgotten to clean it after the previous guests. It had a collection of debris on the filter and spots (not a complete ring) of dirt. Also the remote to the TV by the bed did not work, consequently, it could not be used. There was a second television by the pull out couch that did work. The bedding seemed clean so we stayed but it was not as relaxing as……

“没有电梯，早餐有点简单，其他都好。”
