“Nice modern well appointed apartment ”

“Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. Only a short walk from the town centre and a Wetherspoons so really did not need to cook anything. Overall comfortable svd……

“DO NOT BOOK this apartment. We arrived at property with an eviction notice on door - property has been repossessed. The number given when booking this property ignored messages and made us believe that we could stay. Scammers who are now not willing to issue a refund.”

“For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train……

“One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. Walked in the main entrance to find a dirty hall smelling of strong mens after shave went up very steep stairs to the room and found everywhere filthy dirty hairs in the sink shower and bed, mud in the bed everywhere smeared ghe crocks in the……

“We needed a place to stay in North Lincolnshire that was central to all the courses we intended to play. Beldon House was the perfect option. Easy to book and pay for. Friendly staff.The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room. Not only was it close to the golf courses, but walking distance from the town giving us the opportunity of going out in the evenings.Even before returning home, the group and I had started talking about returning to Beldon House for our 2026 golf tour……
