Spacious cozy and comfortable villa (135m²) by the beach and dunes
Light, space, peace and beach, to get a breath of fresh air and to recover. A large, attractive living room with a fireplace, a sitting area and a separate sitting area for TV. The light streams in from all sides and the birds fly in and out in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen and a large dining room table can seat 6 people. Three spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. The Mediterranean bathroom has a walk-in shower, large corner bath, washbasin, hanging toilet and hairdryer. We have made work on the interior so that you can feel at home. In the first rays of sunshine in February you can already drink coffee outside on the terrace on the south side. The house is suitable for families with small children, for pets (safe fenced garden, close to the beach), large children or for several couples who spend their holidays together. Our house is located in the North Sea park within walking distance of the beaches of Ouddorp. You can easily reach the village of Ouddorp or Goederede by bike. Our house itself is an oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in every season. A short walk of less than 600 meters takes you to the beautiful nature reserve and the famous beaches: 15 kilometers of beach, dunes and forest with a network of cycling and walking paths. After a walk, cross the dune and spot seals and birds!

Sehr gut Unterkunft
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr sauber.Der einzige kleine Makel war das es keine Rollladen gab sondern nur verdunklungsvorhänge.So war es am Abend trotzdem sehr hell.Alles weitere war sehr gut und wir würden auch wiederkommen.

Schöner Wochenendetrip
Wir hatten einen schönen Wochenende Trip mit der gesamten Familie. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man für sechs Personen plus Hund erwartet. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist konnte der Hund den Garten genießen. Das einzige was uns etwas störte, war das überall Armeisen in der Küche und Wohnzimmer rumliefen. Auf der Terrasse nervte es auch aber dort musste man es halt akzeptieren, nur im Haus halt nicht. Desweiteren hatte die Putzfrau anscheinend nicht mehr genug Zeit um das Bad und Gästetoilette vernünftig zu säubern. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Schöne Tage mit Freunden
Sehr schönes, großes Haus. Tolle Terrasse, ruhige, schöne Umgebung. Die Kaffeemaschine hätte etwas mehr Zuwendung bei der letzten Endreinigung vertragen können :-(. Man merkt dem Haus doch an, dass es bestimmt gerne und viel gebucht wird. Hier und da sieht man den Verschleiß. Die beiden kleineren Schlafräume sind knapp bemessen, teils gibt es nicht einmal Nachtschränke, für unser Empfinden waren die Matratzen zu weich und ebenso die Polster im Wohnzimmer. Küche gut ausgestattet, einiges vom Geschirr sollte ausgetauscht werden. Die Fahrräder mussten wir etwas entstauben und teils aufpumpen. Grundsätzlich ein schönes Ferienhaus, das etwas Pflege braucht, wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung. Das Einzige was besser beschrieben werden müsste, ist, dass dort für gewöhnlich ein Hund lebt und nicht nur Tiere erlaubt sind.

Komfortables und sehr gepflegtes Haus
Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber! - Ein schönes Haus mit wirklich kompletter Ausstattumg und gepflegtem Garten; so richtig zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung mit gemütlichen Sitzecken und vielen schönen Details.- Die Lage ist allerdings nicht wie nach der Beschreibung zu erwarten war in der Nähe von Dünen und Meer: Man solte gut zu Fuß sein oder die angebotenen Fahrräder nutzen. - Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen (und die Miete wert)!

Schönes Haus in einem tollen kleinen Park. Der Garten ist wunderbar, die Ausstattung top.
Dass das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat uns nicht gestört.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön
Es gab kleinere Mängel, die uns aber nicht weiter gestört haben. Man merkt schon, das es wohl nicht mehr das neueste Haus ist, da an einigen Stellen defekte Fliesen oder Türen waren, die bei Wind die ganze Zeit geklappert haben (wir haben eine Socke dazwischen geklemmt, danach war Ruhe ☺️). Trotz der kleineren Mängel haben wir uns in dem schönen, gemütlich eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar schöne Tage gehabt. Danke dafür!

Unser Aufenthalt in Ouddorp
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche an der Nordsee. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet sowie vollständig ausgerüstet! Der sehr schöne Garten ist komplett umzäunt, prima für Hundehalter. Kurze Wege zu Strand und Ort - alles wirklich wie man es sich wünscht!

Alles bestens angetroffen. An der Wohnungseinrichtung ist nichts auszusetzen. Küchenausrüstung bestens sowie alles Handwerkszeug zum Kochen vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll nutzbar mit allem, was man braucht. Vortrefflich!!!!!
