“Great location to shops and restaurants but very difficult to find any overnight parking and had to park at the big cathedral for 2 nights. We were not informed of the parking situation, however, again great location to shops and pubs.”

Upon arrival, the location was excellent with restaurants and pubs within a short walk, to allow myself and my family to explore the wonderful city of Galway. That was about when the positives ended. “Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase.……
