“Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le port, nous avons été très déçus car il y avait des travaux sur la façade, il y avait donc un échafaudage avec des bâches juste devant notre fenêtre donc aucun point de vue! J’aurais bien aimé que l’établissement m’avertisse de ce désagrément. Ensuite à notre arrivée le ménage de la chambre était vraiment limite, il y avait des poils dans la douche des cheveux dans le lit (qui d’ailleurs n’était pas bien fait ….nous avons même retrouvé un mouchoir……

Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the street below and park across. The room was very large with a separate loveseat to sit on and relax. Breakfast was great and the serving team was lovely.”

“I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room.”
