This is an expensive but good option in Stornoway. The staff were extremely helpful with late dinner arrangements which were due to a ferry cancellation.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Slight mix up with the bill in our favour but we were honest and corrected it for them. Food was good though menu limited if you're staying more than a night or two (We were).

We stayed here for 1 night and could not fault it. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The meal we had at the restaurant was 10/10, excellent presentation and so tasty. Erinn particularly gave excellent customer service, was warm and genuinely friendly and a real credit to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is near the town and is dog friendly which is one of the reasons we chose it. We are so glad we booked here and would highly recommend and would most certainly stay again next time we’re in Stornoway. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.

This is evidently a popular spot in the community, as we saw a bridal shower and a baby shower when we checked in! The restaurant is very nice, and although we only had drinks and desserts, they were very good. It was also helpful for our travel plans that they offer a continental breakfast starting at 5AM, and the full breakfast a bit later. The only two minimal things that would have been great would have been a fridge in the room, and being able to open the window a bit wider. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and absolutely recommend.

I stayed in premium room. Spacious, clean, modern, with a well stocked mini bar. Great breakfast options and lots of parking. Got chatting with a few members of staff who were very nice and helpful. Overall, great stay.

We got there at 1:30pm after the ferry and it wasn’t the warmest welcome. The staff didn’t even ask our names. We were told to come back for the agreed upon 3pm, with no acknowledgement of the room status or if they were working on it. It left a bad taste. The rest of the stay was fine, but truly we did not feel welcome.
