“Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it.”

“Courteous staff. Provided extra towels and pillows. Air conditioner needs work. TV and wifi ok. Sadly no breakfast available as stated on website.”

“Don’t like to leave reviews but this his one I have too! This place is run down! Smells awful, parking is shared with other hotels around the area. 1 elevator that takes a long time to get around. Front office clerks (at least the ones in our stay) were lazy and had that annoyed face when asking them questions. Pool area has the metal fenced knocked over, and the door to come into the hotel thru the side by the pool is broken, so you have to walk all the way thru the main hotel entrance to come……

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“Definitely a budget motel. Sketchy clientele. Room felt dirty, but sheets were clean and no bed bugs. Electric door lock was broken. Curtains broken and covered the AC unit so zero air flow. Did not use the shower as it was not exactly clean. Strong smell of cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. Wear shoes, the floor was filthy.”

“Upon arrival, there wasn’t anyone at the desk, when she finally made her way to the desk, check in was fine, not great, not really friendly but not rude either. Not a lot of parking since there were multiple utility trucks taking up the front parking. Due to the data centers they have inflated the room prices for subpar rooms, bathroom was dirty, found tape on the shower wall… bed was fine but top blanket was dirty with visible stains on it. With the outside lights rooms are bright as day when……
