When we raised our concerns about the condition of the room, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude, which made the experience even more disappointing.」

The property was older, but clean and had a microwave, fridge (no freezer in the fridge which was inconvenient), TV, breakfast, one complimentary alcoholic drink per guest (unfortunately I left before breakfast and don’t drink, so I can’t comment on quality) coffee maker, The only dealing I had with the staff was the front desk and they were very pleasant and helpful.」

「I just needed a simple place to stop and get some sleep, and this fit the bill. The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. Robert, the GM, continues to neglect calls and emails from Expedia (who I booked through). This hotel is in dire need of renovation (bath tub + ceiling had mold) and the front desk staff seem just as unhappy to be there.」
