"The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Ithaca. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are updated. The front desk check-in was quick. We did not use the pool or restaurant. It is a nice place to stay. We have been there four times in the last three years."

"The view from our room of Seneca Lake was outstanding! The lobby was inviting, the hallway and elevator were well maintained, and the exterior property was well kept with the exception of many seagull feathers everywhere. A squirrel in raccoon were also present, therefore the wildlife was incredibly entertaining. The room was clean. However, some spiders webs and a dirty toilet where some of the downfalls. Overall, we would stay again, but have someone address the cleanliness of the bathroom."

TV was hit or miss with reception, but we weren't there to sit in the hotel room. Property is a bit dated, but the staff is super helpful and friendly. It's also nice to have a restaurant/bar on site after a long day hiking."
