"A lovely apartment, conveniently located for subway use and bars and restaurants. We walked to it from Umeda station, after getting the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka from Khoto, which is close to the city centre, past some nice shopping and eating areas. We stayed here for for the reason of travelling to Universal Studios. Temma subway station is about 12 minutes walk (with a 9 & 7 year old). However, on the return journey at night time, we had to walk past the lady bars and casinos with some...

"大阪城から近く、周りにコンビニエンスストアや飲食店、目の前には公園があり子連れ2人旅にはとても良かったです。 ベッドにはタオルやシャンプー類や歯ブラシ、石鹸が丁寧に置かれており、洗濯機にすぐ使える洗濯洗剤が泊数分置かれていて、旅行中も洗濯ができるのがとても良かったです！ あと窓からライトアップされた大阪城が見えて綺麗でした。 残念な点はトイレの便座に黄色いガビガビした汚れ(恐らく尿が乾燥したもの)が付着しており、トイレの拭き取りシートやアルコールなどは無かった為、自身の除菌シートで拭き取った点と、お風呂場に長い髪の毛が落ちていた事、枕が加齢臭(男脂臭？)のような臭いがしていた事です。 完璧さは求めていませんが、少し残念に感じました。 是非改善していただけると幸いです。 テレビはありませんが、YouTubeやアマプラ、Netflixなど自分でログインして見ることができます。 地上波テレビが見られるようになったら最高です！ 大阪城でのライブで来る時は是非また利用したいと思います。"

"This was great stay! There is no reception or staff as you’re virtually renting an apartment. The apartment is absolutely brilliant and so spacious. Would recommend for longer stays as it is really spacious. Its in a great location with great connection to the downtown area. Great connection to Shin-Osaka, Umeda and Namba as well. The area surrounding the apparent has good eating options, couple of convenience stores and also a little shopping arcade. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Osaka Castle. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of Osaka Castle and an easy walk to the train station, We also discovered some excellent restaurants in the quieter surrounding streets, which was a nice change from the busier tourist areas. We chose a river view room instead of paying extra for a castle view, and I'm so glad we did. Watching the river, trains and city each morning was a highlight, and you still get wonderful views of Osaka Castle from the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of Western and Japanese options. The restaurant staff were always friendly, helpful and accommodating. While some seemed a little less experienced, their genuine effort and willingness to help was great. The reception staff were a bit of a down side, they weren't unfriendly, but I felt they lacked the warmth and customer service I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Really just seemed very disinterested compared to the other hotels in Japan The indoor pool was lovely, although the compulsory swim cap rule was fine but odd when my partner, who is completely bald, was still required to wear one :) One thing to be aware of is the room size for a third guest. We booked one room for three adults with a rollaway bed, but once our luggage was inside, there was barely any space to move. We ended up booking another room. This setup may suit a family with minimal luggage or a small child"
