「Room was much bigger than expected (possibly an upgrade) and seemed to have been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good. Highlight really was the friendliness of staff which is probably because it’s an independent property and they genuinely want to make guests feel welcome. 」

「We loved our stay, staff were great, breakfast was lovely, had a swim in the afternoon and again before breakfast. The only fault I can speak of was a sewer smell in our room which initially we were hoping would go but in the end we had to report it. We were instantly given another room. Lots of parking space, for those in a car and the sea views are great 👍」

「Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.」

「It was great value for our one night stay. If you’re looking for a location near the beach, train station and the bus stop to Ryde or Ventnor then it’s great. The rooms were small but the bed was comfy and we had tea and coffee provided in the room as well. Check-in and check out were really straightforward and everyone very friendly. Many thanks.」

「Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the free parking permit was a really useful bonus. The hotel overall felt well looked after and in a great condition. 「Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool. In addition, the included breakfast was delicious. This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.」
