The 3 remaining upstairs guest rooms feature respectively: a king bed, a queen bed, and 2 queen beds. These guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo, while the downstairs contains an additional half-bathroom for convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Home offers boat docking with a 2000.00 Refundable Deposit refundable after release of liability from the guest.
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $150/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
