"Well-located with clean rooms that match description. The sento is a lovely touch and the PJs were good too. Staff were very helpful with everything, including luggage transfer. Only slight issue was # of washers / dryers. It's a popular hotel so there would be a bit of queue for these in evenings. There was a way to check if they were available in room which we appreciated, but just something to bear in mind to try and avoid popular times (evenings) if you need a lot of washing done."

"Stayed here for a week with my daughter. The people were the kindest and I’m so grateful for them. The breakfast was amazing. One of the best I’ve had in Japan. The property is great and the restaurant and bakery in the hotel helped a lot for snacking. Overall would stay here again and 10/10 recommend it to anyone. You won’t be disappointed. "

"Great experience at The Royal Park Canvas Osaka Kitahama. The hotel is simple yet very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — having direct access to the subway right next door made getting around Osaka incredibly easy. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it perfect to rest after long days exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place is absolutely incredible! First of all it’s beautiful, calm, and relaxing. It’s in a great location and an easy walk to cute shops and restaurants and marketplaces. The bus system is very fast, convenient and the trains and the train stations are much easier to understand than Shinjuku! You can definitely use this as a nice base to go deeper into Kyoto, where all the Matcha shops are and over to the Fushimi Inari Temple. The floor beneath the lobby has a beautiful spa- like bath and the hot water was amazing after walking 25,000 steps a day! The rooms are much bigger than others we found in Tokyo and the beds are super comfy. We definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again."
