Wonderful property

Fantastic property! Very accommodating hosts! They went out a bought a pack and play for our stay! The kids loved the game room and the house was set up great for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful new home

The house was excellent and the owner was always in constant contact if I needed anything. We stayed here for my son's wedding and was excellent for entertaining with a patio and grill.

Annual trip to the Ozarks

Myself and 5 of my close friends were in the area to ride some Ozark back roads. The riding did not disappoint and neither did our stay at this awesome home. Easy peasy!

Awesome Location to Finley Farms

Property is a brand new build. Extremely family friendly layout. This property was well stocked, very welcoming and spotless. My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties across the country and this property rates amongst the top. This property is less than 5 minutes from Findley Farms which is a Johnny Morris property.

Beautiful home.

Everything was perfect. Very clean and beautifully decorated home. There were some fun and unexpected touches such as the welcome basket with a few treats. Extra coffee pods and even some spices for cooking. We have never stayed anywhere with the special extras. We highly recommend staying here.

WONDERFUL HOME!!!

Hillside House was the perfect home away from home as we prepared for our daughter's wedding weekend! It had plenty of room for the 3 couples in our group, but could have slept more, if needed. Friends and family were in and out for 5 days and it provided plenty of space for everyone. The home was exactly as listed, very clean, and with many extras that usually have to be purchased in a rental like coffee, creamer, disposables, and I could go on and on! If traveling to the area, I highly recommend Karan and Hillside House!

Beautiful Gall Getaway

Had a wonderful time. The large dining table was exactly what we needed. The house obviously went through a remodel, and it was well done. Our only question is why the tv downstairs wasn’t hooked up. It worked out fine for us, since we mostly stayed upstairs, so not a complaint.

The Hillside House

The Hillside House was just as advertised. It was beautiful clean and comfortable for all my family members. The location was great. We were celebrating our daughter's weeding , me and my family wers able to stay together for 3 days There was plenty space for everyone with 4 king size beds. The dining table was big enough for 10 people comfortably . The house has2 washer and dryers forthw family to di the laundry without interfering with another .The game room was awesome!!! The kids play games til early in the morning having so many game to choose from the digtal game table . Overall it was a great experience and will highly recommend this location. I will definitely will rented again if i am ever in the area.. 5/5

Home away from home!

We absolutely loved staying here! This is the first time we’ve all stayed together in a place other than a hotel. It always gets hard with trying to keep the kids quiet in hotels and this was perfect. We have five kids, ages 1-11, and it worked so well with them all. The big kids all thought they were so cool with their own rooms! And the openness of the kitchen/ dining/ and living room area was just what we needed to keep everyone within eye reach when we needed. The kids also loved the games and electronic game board downstairs. And it was nice to have to many tvs to accommodate everyone. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of. We were close to many of the attractions we wanted to see and the neighborhood was quiet and no traffic. Karan was super helpful and nice and messaged us back immediately. This was the best experience we could have asked for!

Great for group stays

The house is nicely designed and had lovely Christmas decor during our stay. We were celebrating a longtime friend’s 50th birthday. One spouse got sick and stayed home, so we ended up with 5 adults and 2 kids - the friend with kids took the downstairs and the two couples used the upstairs bedrooms. That allowed everyone their own space (the two kids sharing a room), though the parents were willing to take the room with a king bed and bunk beds if another couple had been able to join us. The downstairs was a little chilly in late December, but had a cool game table that we all tried out and a bowling/shuffleboard sort of game table. We were very happy with the kitchen supplies and were able to eat several meals at the house. The upper living room section is cozy, but small - so we had to utilize the kitchen island stools when watching TV or gathering after a meal. There was a larger room downstairs to watch TV more comfortably, but we left that area to the kids. Part of the reason we booked this house was the large table since we enjoy board games (we brought ours but they had a few on hand). It was great for that, though the dining chairs aren’t cushioned so we ended up having to use some throw pillows to sit for long periods. Everyone was impressed with the home and agreed they might enjoy a return visit sometime. We didn’t see much of the town this visit, other than dinner at Lamberts and the Christmas lights on the square which were very nice!

The House was great for my whole family from 78 years old to 1 year old. All the rooms had king size beds which was a plus!! And a long dining room table we could all sit at. The game table was a hit for the young and the old!! It was a good location for us to go to things we had planned in Branson and also in Springfield. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Easy Communication and easy access to get into the house. We would stay here again if in the area!!
