“Woman who checked us in was less than friendly. Other than that, the hotel was very nice.”

“Quiet property that smelled new and fresh. Very clean. Great staff. No breakfast- which I don't eat anyway so I wasn't disappointed. I do not feel like paying for something I don't use. This hotel is close to the airport but there was no airport noise. Close to some restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.”

“This place is horrible. No carpet in the entry ways. The air conditioner barely worked. The sliding back door was so hard to open the handle broke off. Not well maintained at all. The coffee was stale and disgusting. Old coffee machine. Full of dust.”

“The stay was just average and for the price we were charged, it was very underwhelming. They had every opportunity to make our wedding night a great memory, but the hotel is just getting run down. The carpet was damp and the linens were stained. The staff were acting like robots just reciting a script. The aquarium across the street was absolutely incredible! It was the only thing about this Bass Pro location that was enjoyable.”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were……
