If I had to make minor suggestions, did not like that water spraying, hot, noisy toilet seat and the rooms are a bit dark meaning the walls and trim. We didn't get the promised text after check-in when our room was available, so we waiteduntil 3 even though it was ready early. The welcome drink was only an alchohol version, would have loved an NA version. The staff could have been friendlier.」

「The carousel parking worked out okay, but it is a little bit of a challenge to enter. The unit is small but super clean and a more than adequate kitchen. We could hear the shower running in the unit above us, which was only an issue in the middle of the night. Overall, very satisfied.」

「I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From the moment I arrived, they were extremely helpful getting my luggage out of my car and into my room. They were so kind. The hotel itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and ate the most incredible meal. Our room was perfect! We loved it so much and have decided we will stay here everytime we visit Charleston!」
